The wooden Fraction Puzzle (11.7" by 11.7") is a great way to learn fractions. The set includes one wooden Fraction Puzzle, one Fraction Chart sheet, used as a control chart, and instructions.
This Fraction product is one of many wonderful and exciting fraction manipulatives available from Activities for Learning, Inc.: plastic Fraction Charts, Fraction Kit, Fraction Poster, and Fraction Games.
Great for all ages!

Kids love it!
I had to add a review after seeing the earlier one about the puzzle being poor quality. This has not been our issue at all. I wonder if the other reviewer got a bad one. We've had our wooden chart for 5 years now and we've had very little wood peeling (maybe a tiny bit on one or two pieces). All the pieces are printed properly. My kids love it and we use it for every fraction lesson. It is so much nicer to handle than the plastic fraction chart, and more fun to play with too.

Beautiful puzzle
This puzzle is delightful. The pieces are substantial, smooth, and exact. They slide satisfyingly in their tray. They stack! They don’t blow away when we work on math outside. And somehow it’s more fun and engaging to “put your puzzle together” than “build your fraction chart.” This is expensive for a math manipulative. You can definitely make great use of the curriculum without the puzzle - my oldest kids are proof of that. But it’s an extremely nice extra. I purchased it for my youngest child, who is currently in Level D. We would have had a lot of fun with this when she was smaller and loving sensory play, but it’s definitely not too late for her to use and enjoy this. I was deterred for years by the review above, but many families in the RightStart Facebook group love this, so I gave it a try after losing a critical mass of pieces from our fraction magnet set. I’m very glad I did.

Fraction puzzle: great tool, poor quality
I love RightStart. We’ve been using it for four years of homeschool math. The manipulatives are excellent for visual learners. This puzzle is no exception and it’s a much easier tool to use and store than some of the other fraction manipulatives. BUT for the price, the quality is incredibly poor. It’s made out of plywood, the ink on one of my 1/10 pieces didn’t fully print (it’s good enough to do the job), and the top edges of multiple pieces are very poorly cut, jagged and one is missing a small chunk from the corner. I was shocked at how bad the quality was when I got it. Especially for the price. If you are on a tight budget and quality control isn’t an issue for you, then I recommend it. If you’re willing to spend more and/or going to be using it for years for multiple learners I recommend checking out Etsy for better options. I was so dissatisfied with the quality, I went to Etsy and purchased an additional fraction puzzle that had decimals on the opposite side (made from real wood with numbers etched instead of printed) from a vendor there and it wasn’t much more expensive. RightStart curriculum is amazing. This puzzle is not.
