This product gives your child the opportunity to think in ways not typically required by a math program. They will work out practical geometric applications using supplies much like an architect would. I saw somewhere that it was recommended for grades 5 or 6. Unless your child is quite advanced I probably would not recommend it until grade 7. There were some frustrating ambiguities at times with the instructions, but it seems like we were able to call and someone from the company helped us out.
